On 2/19/09 I did a 1-night cruise round-trip Los Angeles to "nowhere" with the express purpose of trying out everything I could on the ship. It was my first time on a "Voyager Class" ship. This would be a really great choice for a Mexican Riviera cruise for a very active, fun, likes to party and has kids type person / couple.

This resort opened 12/22/08 and I was able to tour it 1/4/09. Such a great place!

I went with my hubby Charles his Mom, Marie, to Santa Barbara from the bay area on the Amtrak "Coast Starlight" for the holiday. We loved the getting there on the train as well as everything about our trip!

These are the photos I took on the Star 10/21/08 in San Francisco. In the dry dock she got the Piazza-style Atrium, the Sanctuary, Movies-Under-the-Stars, and flat-screen tvs in the cabins.

On my first cruise on QM2 in 1/07 I went straight to St. Thomas and back from FL. On the second one, a 7-night cruise to Canada & New England from NY. Here are many photos of the ship, taken on both trips!

On 5/17/06 - 5/19/06 I sailed on Pride of Hawaii's VERY FIRST cruise with any type of passengers. It was for TAs only to inspect and check out the ship so we could say wonderful things about it to our clients and sell it intelligently. It's a great ship!

I sailed the Diamond 5/04 on a coastal but didn't upload many photos of it. Then 5/11/06 I did a travel agent "inspection" of the Diamond, giving me an opportunity to see more category types of cabins. Those photos are here. After putting in descriptions of the cabins, and a couple photos I took on the 2-night 5/11/06 coastal, I'll upload photos of the public areas I took in 2004 at a later date. Our fabulous day...shots of all the various parts of the ceremony plus all those great places we get to have wedding photos after...the bridge, the chapel, the atrium for formal and "on the stairs" shots, the promenade, and the aft. Usually the aft shots have the beautiful blue wake behind them, but it was just fog for us. Only a minor bummer on a super day! We were married on a Coastal cruise from Vancouver to Long Beach. Enjoy!

I toured the Coral in the port of San Francisco in May of 2003. I took LOTS of photos of balconies so that possibly we could figure out the covered/not covered situation.
Some are clear, others...still questions! :)
