No actual fireworks photos in here, but we saw some great ones over Lake Union just a few blocks from our house. We walked the boys over around 9:30. It gets dark about 10 around here, and the fireworks started about 10:15. They rivaled the fireworks they do over the Bay Bridge at Kaboom.

It snowed a few times the first couple weeks in Seattle. It's unusual I guess. This morning was a real surprise with a few inches and nobody going to work. The roads were so quiet. Nate loved the snow. Ian was a bit hesitant to deal with the cold, but he soon forgot about it and simply enjoyed being outside watching Nate Dawg fall down.

Another fantastic year at Yosemite. We had a great campsite setup with Ron and Michelle right next to Mary and Doug, with a great campfire directly in the middle. We missed Michelle, Karen, Elise & Lulu, Mike & Krista - and the boys. The water was fairly high this year, so the beach was small. But that didn't stop the clan. John, Johnny and I took the girls and up to Vernal, then Johnny and I continued to Nevada as we did last year. Grandpa Kuhl was on his game. Enjoy the photos - until next year...

Mary and Doug came down the other weekend, and we went to Pier 39 and the Aquarium. Ian was extremely excited to see so much agua.

Our trip to Newport Coast this year was cold (ok, cool), but fun nonetheless. We tried to make a trip to Legoland on Monday but discovered they're closed Monday & Tuesday. I had to leave for work Wednesday morning, but Kerrie, Mimi, Papa and the boys stayed 'til Saturday and went back to Legoland and the San Diego Zoo.

Some shots from our weekend walk to Snippedy Crickets for Ian's haircut - we met up with Patrick, Huiling and Theo so they could meet Nate. I can't believe how quickly Theo has grown. It always seems so much faster when their not your own.
