Tricking or treating at Jen and Brad's house in Orangevale. It is the best neighborhood for trick or treating. It was Addie's first Halloween (the turtle). Thanks Jen and Brad for being the hostess with the mostess.

Patrick's Cub Scout Den took a trip to a firehouse yesterday. It was so much fun. We made it between emergency calls so we really got to see them in action. The firehouse is the first of the "new generation" so it wasn't your typical firehouse. It was very nice and the boys had a great time!

This album contains pictures from Patrick at school, his end of the year picnic, and Ryan's preschool graduation. Patrick's teacher had each student bring in a disposable camera on the first day of school. It was returned to us full of pictures from the school year. It was great!

Christmas 2007

I just can't believe that Thanksgiving has come and gone again. We hosted again this year. Sean's deep fried turkey was the best yet! The table was decorated this year with the kid's crafts.

Well.....at least he cut his own hair and not Ryan or Brady's. We all had a good laugh after the inital shock!!

My great friends Jennifer and Brad welcome a baby girl on November 7. She is beautiful. About time more girls are born!!

For Brady's first birthday party we had a costume party. Brady was a turtle. Patrick was Mario and I was princess Peach from the video game Mario Brothers. Ryan was Flash the superhero (from Justice League I think). It was a great night. I can't believe my baby is one already. Can you believe he was a preemie!!!!

It wasn't an easy experience, but wasn't as bad as it could have been.

July has been busy! The boys are growing so fast. Not only did Patrick graduate from preschool and turn 5, is now lost his first tooth! Enjoy the pictures.

Can you beleive my baby is already 5. He started the day at school with cookies for the class. He did "Earth goes round the sun" which Patrick was very excited about! After school we had a small Chuck e Cheese party. The big Luau party was over the weekend. It was a lot to do, but was definitely a blast!!

This the the first of many graduation ceremonies we will be attending over the next 30 years!! Patrick graduated from pre-kindergarden, and Ryan graduated from his first year in preschool. Ryan didn't want to sit in the stands with the rest of the kids, but they still called his name on the loud speakers to get his diploma. It was great. The kids sang 4 songs, one even in German!! Needless to say, I am one proud momma!!!! Next year Patrick will be going to St. Mels and Ryan will stay at Country Hill. Ryan is really sad about Patrick leaving, so it may be a difficult transition. But so far Patrick is really excited about his new school.

These are just some pics of Brady that I took. I thought they were fun. They were all snapped within 30 seconds. My sister is going to come over next weekend so hopefully I can get some good shots with her to help.

We have spent most of this month recovering from Christmas and putting our house back to order. Sean made room in the playroom for all the new toys by building custom shelves (all by himself). This way all the toys are within reach of the kids and they don't get buried in piles. Brady is now smiling and laughing a little. He is growing up so fast! This month we also celebrated Sean's 32nd birthday.

Before Christmas the family took a well needed vacation to Lake Tahoe. It snowed just the right amount. It was great to leave behind our busy lives to enjoy time together.

November was a crazy month as you can imagine. We are adjusting to a family of five great. But things are certainly busy around here. But not too busy to enjoy decorating gingerbread men cookies, or racking the leaves so the boys can jump in the pile. Patrick is just in love with Brady. He always wants to hold him and feed him. He even likes putting the diapers in the daiper pail!
