As a successful wedding and event planner in New York City, Bonnie Marcus was very familiar with the wedding industry and always thought that something was “lacking” in the invitation market. For years she hunted for fresh, contemporary designs that reflected the fashion-forward metropolitan lifestyle of her clients, but only came across the tried and traditional. Bonnie then decided to take matters into her own hands.

From her dining room table in Westport, Connecticut, she launched the Bonnie Marcus Collection, where fashion meets paper. Having also worked for a number of years in the fashion industry for designers such as Diane Von Furstenberg, Bonnie teamed up with a number of fashion illustrators who helped make her dream of chic, stylish stationery a reality.
